Darren came out today and sorted all our problems out with real professionalism yet again Housing Units never fail to deliver!

I had an issue today locating my order placed on line yesterday, I called today and was helped by a lovely lady from Customer Service named Laura who dealt efficiently and very competently with my query to my satisfaction. Well done Housing Unit and most of all Laura. Will use you again and recommend your support services.

We bought a table and chairs from you and the comments I have received from family and friends is amazing.Would like to say a big thank you to Michele for all her help.From Frank Mcmullan

I ordered quite a few artificial plants from here. Some in the sale, some not.
All arrived badly damaged. When I called for replacements I was told ‘well they are in the sale therefore are not in perfect condition that’s why they are prices so low’ when I asked why?, I was told ‘well some are ex display’. I have never had that with any sale items from anywhere before and certainly wasn’t made aware of this in ordering. Shocking!
Anyway, replacements came damaged also.
Decided to keep a tall potted palm as it looked very real and I loved it. But it’s not as easy to fix as we had thought so it’s stood in the corner of the room in bits currently.
Very disappointing from what we thought was a quality shop.
Dreading the £3,500 worth of dining room furniture we’ve ordered arriving next month.

We'd waited a couple of months to find the right garden furniture and after visiting Housing Units for a second time we finally made our purchase.We were served by Joanne who was really helpful and answered all our questions.No pushy sales and you can just browse the store at your leisure and ssk for help when needed.The furniture was delivered today and we were really pleased.We didn't get the half hr pre call before delivery as the driver was already in the area but it was fine as my husband only nipped out locally and was able to get back quickly.Great service overall and the rattan is so comfortable.I think it would be good if there was some sort of payment plan as an option as alot of other companies do offer this as another choice.

Tom and Andy delivered our new furniture yesterday. It was a rather tricky manoeuvre to get the furniture through a gate opening through to the rear of the property but with patience and manpower they successfully managed it. It was a very hot day on the day of delivery but both managed to stay calm, polite and friendly. Thank you.

We visited the Housing Units clearance outlet last week, where my daughter purchased a bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and dressing table.
We were served by Dot who went out of her way to assist my daughter and ourselves.
She was pleasant and despite being the only staff member on the area at the time, did not seek to rush or press us in our choices. She went above and beyond and was so extremely helpful.
Overall we received excellent service and will not hesitate to return to the store in future.

Bought an expensive table and chairs and once assembled noticed a substantial scratch on the table.

Contacted customer service who said they were unable to return as table had been assembled which is hugely disappointing especially after the cost and time waited for delivery.

I was assembling this table myself so there is no way I could have flipped the table over pre assembly as requires two people to lift it, was only when second person helped me lift it did we notice.

The scratch is very noticeable and the table should never have been sent to a customer in that state so there is clearly a lack of quality control.

The table and chairs are also much darker in colour than they appear on the website which must use a serious amount of lighting in their pictures which is misleading.

This is the first time we have used this company and will not use them again based on this experience.

First class customer service, after having some issues regarding a couch I wanted to buy I ended up getting the best service from Tracy. The couch was ready much sooner than expected and they were kind enough to hold onto it until I was ready to have it delivered. The delivery guys were absolutely lovely.

We had our leather corner suite delivered two days ago and the driver and mate Tom & Andy were simply fantastic
They were her bang on time and nothing was too much trouble
Fitted and wired up the suite, took away all the packaging and left us with full instructions how to use the recliners etc

I visited the nursery department with my daughter to purchase nursery furniture. We were served by Michelle and she couldn't have been more helpful. She went out of her way to help us find the right products and we were delighted with them.

Contacted by Tom and Andy prior to delivery. Arrived well within the time frame we had been given. On arrival the guys surveyed the route in for the new couch and quickly discovered it wasn’t going to fit through the narrow hallway.
Disaster? No way, a quick word with our neighbour, removal of a fence panel, and within 15 minutes Tom and Andy were on their way and our new couch was in position. Excellent service, great guys.

Many thanks to MIchelle who works in the Clearance Centre, she helped me find a 3piece suite that was no longer in store. She made it possible to view the Suite at the Distribution Centre within 30 minutes. Fabulous customer service.

A beautiful and unique store in Failsworth. Visited today and although didn't find what I wanted Kelly in the wardrobe department went out of her way to help me and I will certainly return. The cafe was empty being a Wednesday but the food was delicious. Will hold off looking elsewhere until I see what's available when they bring in their new bedroom department next month.
